It does take lots of work, time, and coordination for everyone involved. There are venues to be secured, dates to be cleared with all the vendors involved, and designs and themes to be considered.

Finally, on the day of the photoshoot, all of the vendors arrive and hit the ground running.

We bring the flowers.💐 They must be kept cool. The models get their flowers (that range from wedding bouquets, flower crowns, and boutonnieres). The arches are designed, the tables adorned, and cake flowers applied. Soo very much to do!

For the photoshoot to run smoothly, schedules are a must and coordination is essential. It can take hours to set up (and take down).

But, at the end of the day, it’s a successful collaboration, with a happy venue, new friends made, and the pictures to prove it!
